Rob started Mid Suffolk Cesspool & Rooter Service with a truck, a pump, and a commitment to doing honest work. What began as a one-man operation in Suffolk County has grown steadily over three and a half decades — not through advertising or aggressive marketing, but entirely through the recommendations of satisfied customers.
That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because Rob answers his phone. Because he gives you a straight price before he touches anything. Because he doesn’t hire salesmen, doesn’t upsell unnecessary services, and doesn’t send a rotating crew of strangers to your home. When you schedule with Mid Suffolk Cesspool, you get Rob.
Over 35 years, Rob has serviced thousands of homes and businesses across Suffolk County — from routine pump-outs to full system replacements, from new construction installations to home buyer inspections. He’s seen just about every kind of cesspool and septic system Long Island has to offer, and he brings that experience to every job, regardless of size.
These aren’t mission statement words. They’re the principles Rob has run this business by since the day he started it.
Straight talk and a clear assessment of what your system actually needs. No padding the bill. No manufacturing problems that don’t exist.
When Rob says he’ll be there, he’s there. When he quotes a price, that’s the price. One person, fully responsible for every job from start to finish.
Rob isn’t just a service provider — he’s a Suffolk County neighbor. Special discounts for community heroes, and a genuine pride in the towns we serve.
When your septic system has a problem, you can’t afford uncertainty. Mid Suffolk Cesspool shows up, solves the problem, and gives you peace of mind.
Professional memberships aren’t just credentials — they’re a commitment to staying current with industry standards, environmental regulations, and best practices. Rob takes pride in being part of the organizations that represent the highest standards in the liquid waste industry.
Membership in the Long Island Liquid Waste Association means Mid Suffolk Cesspool adheres to a code of professional conduct and stays connected to the latest developments in cesspool and septic service on Long Island.
Rob has always believed that a business has a responsibility to the community it serves. For years, he’s extended special pricing to the people who make Suffolk County a safer, healthier place to live — not as a gimmick, but because it’s the right thing to do.
If you’re a Veteran, active Military member, Nurse, or Police Officer, just mention it when you call. Rob will apply your discount — no forms, no proof required, no hassle.
Our reputation isn’t built on ads, it’s built on the words of Suffolk County homeowners who’ve trusted us for decades.
Great service! We had an issue on July 3rd, discovering that our cesspool was full and needed servicing. Rob was great on the phone and with communication. Rob was able to come out that day and take care of our issue. Service was friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, thorough. THANKS!
Rob has to be the hardest working person i know in this business. he was recommended to me and showed up on time and was able to clean out the septic tank and extended clean out pipe to the surface. he did this work all by himself. what a guy. very reasonable price. great service. would highly recommend
Hired Mid Suffolk to service my septic system. They did a great job and were super responsive, very communicative and fairly priced. They came back on a moment's notice when I had a drainage problem that other contractors incorrectly attributed to the septic system, and they nevertheless solved the problem that was not their responsibility, which the other contractors could not figure out. Highly recommended!
